  I would never recommend Carol Palmer Brilliant of Sotheby's Jamaica Plain and Brilliant Places to anyone looking to rent out your property. Despite knowing that our listing was a non-smoking unit (as stated on the MLS and lease agreement), she rented it out to two smokers. She *knew* they were smokers and didn't tell us. There are lots of great real estate agents out there, but Carol is not one of them. She's not trustworthy. When confronted about the situation, her only advice was to start the eviction process. It's clear the only thing Carol cares about is a quick commission.

  Andrew Brilliant at Unlimited Sotheby's Realty is one of the most professional realtors in Boston! He is very attentive to client's needs and follows through with quick responses. His trip to the City's Permit Department was just one of many extra things he did for us. Our home was marketed well, and our request to keep the advertising minimal was honored. We had three offers within the first week! The marketing brochure that Andy and John Stark produced was exceptional. We have referred both Andy and Carol Palmer-Brilliant many times. Both are very tuned into a clients' needs regardless of income or social bracket. Brilliant!
