  • Review of "East Boston Savings Bank" at Boston

    This place is depressing. I have heard from a legitimate source that branch management at this location was involved in fraud by embezzlement of funds of elder trusting customers for years and years. Some how only the assistant manager got blamed but many others were apparently involved. This is such low class branch where unhealthy employees smile at customers while from behind argue like beasts for checking account commisions ($10 for wach account they open). Melvin Tutiven the branch manager is semi - iliterate and I have been told he is not a reputable person. Please bring your hard earn money somewhere else .

    I have gone here for 5 years it is a great school and i have learn so much. This school has prepared me to go to other grades and has prepared you for high school. And they have a tremendous amount of belief in go. WE DREAM BIG.

    My experience with the Charlesgate Realty Group was a great one. I was in a crunch to find an apartment, and needed a realtor who could find me something quickly, and I was in luck. Linda Cohen was my realtor, and was very successful in showing me so many beautiful places in good locations and in my price range. Not only was she a great realtor, and found me the cutest place to live, but she's an honest, upbeat, kind woman who truly cares about her clients. I'm more than happy with my experience with Charlesgate, and I'll definitely come to them again in the future when I need a new place!

  • Review of "The Parkside" at Boston

    Pros - Great location. - Concierge and leasing office in the building - Near CVS, Whole Foods - Has an entrance to Grocery store from within the building (don't have to get out to grab milk / essentials) - Heat and water included in the rent Cons - Old building - Frequent maintenance issues (like hot water, heat,etc). Maintenance team is quick though.
