  I moved into my apartment at Lakecrest Shoreline, St. Joseph, Michigan in May 2017. I have had so many issues that are only now being addressed in October. They can’t seem to keep a full time complex manager and the regional manager is inadequate!! I believe the only reason my issues have started being addressed is because I sent an email to the corporate office in Boston. I would not recommend this property!!

  I called Metropolitan Properties of America, Inc. three times regarding problems I am having with Sphere Apartments in Cleveland, Ohio, and sent two emails. No one returns calls or responds to emails. I can't seem to get passed the receptionist with my problems. I explained to her what I was calling about and she told me to email her the details and she will forward to the appropriate person and someone will get back to me. No response whatsoever!!! No wonder Sphere Apartments in Cleveland, Ohio has such a poor reputation. I guess it stems all the way down from their managing company!!!!
