  Horrible experience at this location and company to deal with. I had went for the emerald card, which I had asked four times for. told I could would receive it at a later date, come to find out they never filed for it. I was later told by the manager Adam that I could not receive one after the fact, which turned out to be not true. I was told I would receive a check in the mail for my continued issues in 3 weeks, that was 6 weeks ago and now Adam will not return my phone calls and the customer service has not followed up. to sum it up (no tax refund in 2 1/2 months, no restitution, manager is unprofessional and not willing to fix issue. someone help
