  I was at this banking center to make a deposit this afternoon. Mr. YanCarlos however was extremely disrespectful and a racist. He first demanded to see my passport and seemingly assumed right off the bat that I was an illiterate foreigner. Only after I pushed back on his request several times, the teller next to him finally came over and asked him why he was asking to see my passport. She then clarified that all that's needed is any identification including a driver's license. Who brings their passport with them to a simple deposit transaction? I've always just brought my driver's license to make transactions like this. Judging by his tone and attitude, I wonder how many nonwhite customers he's turned away over the period of his employment at BOA. If you're looking for an unprofessional, xenophobic, racist teller, you know where to go. I've been a long time BOA customer but I'm now very disappointed with this bank's choice of hiring and management.
